Pink Octopus Art offers digital downloads and physical products handmade or supplied through my online shop. Please see the delivery information below.
UK Delivery – Physical Products
Pink Octopus Art currently ships physical products to the United Kingdom.
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days.
Shipping charges vary depending on the size and type of product and are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Current standard shipping rates include:
• Most physical products – £2.95
• Yarn Bowls – £5.95
• Chess Sets – £8.95
Where an order contains products with different shipping requirements, the delivery charge shown at checkout will apply.
Processing & Handmade Products
Some Pink Octopus Art products are handmade, made to order or personalised. Where additional production or processing time is required, this will be stated on the individual product page or agreed with you when placing a custom order.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. No shipping charge applies to digital-only purchases.
Once payment has been successfully processed, your digital files will be made available electronically.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where a tracked delivery service is used. Not all standard delivery services include tracking.
External Marketplaces
Products purchased directly through external marketplaces such as Redbubble or Spoonflower are subject to the delivery terms of the marketplace through which the order was purchased.
